Your booking will be confirmed after 50% payment is received. This is non-refundable, but is transferable to another date in the event the Client wish to amend the booking with at least 48 hours notice. Client can re-schedule the shoot 2 times (re-schedules due to weather do not count), after that the booking will be expired and if Client wish to schedule the shoot again, new Deposit needs to be paid.
50% payment is required 2 days before the booking date. Your purchased digital images or prints will be delivered after full payment is received.
Payment delays will delay delivery of the images and prints.
Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Photographer guarantees that the portraits the Client receives meet the highest standards in every respect and works with the Client to approve designs and custom work before physical orders are placed and final digital edits are made.
Payment of orders is due in full when the order is placed. Prints arrive 4-6 weeks after payment is received.

All rates are subject to change at any time.  The Client can come back and order more images up to a year after the shoot. Price will be given as per the time of placing the order.

Images

Client accepts that all images will be taken and edited at the photographer’s discretion based on the photographer’s experience and artistic view. If the client has special requests shall create a “shot list” of all shots that they require.

All deliverable images as per contract will have standard image editing (including: light skin retouch, light and colour adjustments). Any extra edits requested by the client will cost the client $50 per image if accepted by the Photographer. Extra image adjustments include change the size of the body or parts of the body, replace parts of the body from another image, change the colour of parts of the body, extra skin retouch, replace or swap background. It is also understood that unless hair and makeup is included in the session, Photographer is not responsible to fix hair or skin, or makeup problems.

It is understood that Photographer is not responsible to fix images to cover parts of your body that you do not wish to be seen in the image, unless it was confirmed with the photographer in writing.
The photographer shall not be held responsible for any Images requested but not provided resulting from the late arrival of the client, models, wedding parties or any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

Karolina Ferbei Photography (Photographer) takes a lot of time and care to ensure your photography experience is excellent. Time spent in conversations with the Client, organising photoshoot, booking makeup artist, consulting the Client, finding the idea, dress, props, location, viewings and sales appointments, hence Deposit is non-refundable when the process of organisation has started. Deposit is non-refundable if the Client cancels the shoot, or wish to reschedule more than 2 times.
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Karolina Ferbei Photography from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled.

Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once delivered, cannot be returned; Karolina Ferbei Photography has a strict NO REFUNDS POLICY. Once a transaction has been completed (i.e., the Client booked the photoshoot, all third parties (MUA, dress hire) were booked, the Client selected and paid for the photographs and then Photographer sent the Client the selected photographs) it is then considered non-refundable. If the Client has selected and purchased an incorrect photo, he/she must notify the Photographer, 24h after the order was placed.

No refund will be given under any circumstances if the Client fails to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made. To avoid dissapointments, the Client should give at least 24h notice before the booking time if the Client is not able to attend due to personal reasons, then session will be rescheduled to the next available date.

The Photographer presents the portfolio to the Client via website or social media pages to get familiar with Photographer's work and know what to expect. The results may vary due to different weather conditions or outfits chosen by the Client. The Client is expected to follow advice of the Photographer and cooperate during the session to achieve the best results. Refunds will not be given due to “not liking" results, selecting an incorrect photo after the Client has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If an incorrect photo is sent to the Client by mistake of the Photographer, the Photographer will send the correct photo to the Client free of charge.

Copyright

The Client acknowledges that the Photographer always retains the right to use the Photographic Works in any manner at any time and in any part of the world for the purposes of:
a Entering the Photographic Works into photographic competitions or awards and for their use in any material published in connection with promoting those competitions or awards; and
- Advertising or otherwise promoting the Photographer’s Work, including through the use of social media; and
- Submitting the Photographic Works for display in art galleries or other premises; and
- Using the Photographic Works for any other purpose within the Photographer’s business activities.

Photographer will ask if Client's images can be shared publicly. The Client can let the Photographer know in writing if he/she would like their images to be private and not shared on any social media or Photographer's website.

Liability

It is client’s responsibility to take care of the children; Karolina Ferbei Photography will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to children or damage to public or private properties during the photo shooting or consultation session. The Client needs to be aware of snake, heat or trip and fall hazards on location and take all necessary precautions to stay safe.
 
The work will be carried out in accordance with above Terms and Conditions. By paying the fee to the Photographer the Client accepts Terms and Conditions. Work beyond the scope of purchased services, will be variation to the amount quoted prior to the photoshoot and will be reflected in the final invoice.
